Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • After this period, we will not be able to process return requests.

3. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and clear evidence (such as photos) of the issue.

  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be provided in the form of replacement products or a suitable alternative, based on your preference and availability.

  • Monetary refunds are not applicable due to our payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of misuse, physical damage caused after delivery, or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Hygiene-related products or consumables  cannot be returned.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Approved returns will be eligible for replacement with the same product or a product of equal value.

  • If the item is out of stock, an alternative of similar value may be offered.
